When should I book my newborn session?

I encourage expectant moms to contact me in their second trimester to book their session. I take on a limited number of clients per month and am often booked a couple of months in advance, so the sooner the better! With that being said, please contact me and I would love to work with you if time permits.

What is the best timeframe for newborn portraits?

I photograph most newborns approximately 6-14 days of life. If you have a baby older than 14 days, I will still photograph them and capture images to cherish. Please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Do you only photograph newborns?

No! I also offer maternity sessions as well as milestone sessions during the whole first year and beyond. I love to watch my family’s grow. It’s wonderful to photograph a newborn and then capture each special milestone they have during their first year.

I also love to meet up with families outdoors for portrait sessions. Some of my first newborns are already nine years old and I have photographed them at least once a year since their newborn session. This loyalty means more to me that you know. Getting outdoors is a fun way to capture the true personalities of my clients interacting with their family.

Do you have a High School Senior? No, problem! I love photographing teens! It's especially fun to make each high school session custom for each graduate. 

I also love sports teams! I photograph whole leagues as well as custom sports portraits.

Do I need to bring anything to our session?

For newborn sessions, all of the props, hats, headbands, fabrics and accessories are provided. We will go over specific color palettes and ideas at your on the phone consultation.

For outdoor sessions, I will bring along some simple props and quilts.
